Hold the Light

I had a vision in meditation that I want to share with you.

I saw that the Earth was on fire. It was both a literal and metaphorical fire - one that was creating destruction and purification simultaneously. I saw it raging in and around the planet, engulfing the world in orange and blue flames. ⠀

Then I saw little beams of light shooting out from all around the world that were helping to keep the fire under control and in some cases, putting it out all together. It sort of looked similar to how what is inside of a fire extinguisher is a white foam that can quickly douse a raging fire.⠀

I wondered, where are these lights coming from? Then I saw that the lights were coming from the hearts of humans. I saw that everyone who is holding the light during this time is doing an extraordinary service to humanity. Some people were praying, some dancing + celebrating, and many who were intentionally holding the light as they went about their daily business.⠀

There is a quote from an ancient Vedic text that reads: ⠀

⠀

“There is a light that shines beyond all things on Earth, beyond us all, beyond the heavens, beyond the highest, the very highest heavens. This is the light that shines in your heart.”⠀

⠀

This is your friendly reminder that what you hold within your heart is enough to light up the entire Universe. Shine it Bright.
