Life is a sacred mirror
Our life is a sacred mirror if we are willing to see it that way.
This is a truth not everyone is ready to accept.
It’s so easy, convenient and acceptable to judge others.
Most of us do it automatically without blinking an eye.
Of course there are a lot of wild and crazy happenings on the Earth plane each day.
The internet has exposed more of this than ever.
Admittedly, I am someone who values humour and laughs a lot about life and all it’s madness.
At the same time, I always try to remember and respect the humanity of all.
You can do both. It doesn’t have to be either or.
You can laugh at, disagree or condemn a person or situation and still remember they are a human being just like you.
Our relationships and other humans are beautiful opportunities for reflection.
In the sacred teachings of Ho’oponopono, anytime we are made aware of a situation we must take responsibility for it.
Even that something showed up in our reality means on some level our consciousness played a role in creating it.
We may see wars play out on the world stage but the ultimate war is on our consciousness.
This is why practicing mindful awareness and deep respect for all of life is so important.
Self Love is paramount in this world.
For how can we give love to another if we cannot first find love for ourselves?
It’s not easy to love yourself in a world that has taught you to hate yourself.
This is why self love becomes an act of resistance, a revolutionary practice.
To say “I will love myself no matter what the world or anyone says.” is a noble act indeed.
Love yourself to the fullest and watch Love blossom all around you.
We are all worthy of respect, care, love and dignity. It begins with ourselves.
Don’t blame the mirror, wipe it clean so you can see clearly who you truly are.
The beauty of your eternally blissful being awaits you.
Turn down the outside noise and go within. Many treasures await you there!
