Shine your Light Bright

If you’re a healer, empath, high vibing creative or just successful in general, you may be dismayed to learn that the deeper you walk your path, the more people become triggered by you.

It happens to me often! Sometimes it’s because people think I am reading them all the time (I’m not. I’m just out here trying to get through the day like everyone else.) 😁

Other times someone may sense that you are aware of their shadows or secrets they don’t want anyone to know, so they run when they see you coming.

Another reason may be that your light brings up emotions and memories in someone that they don’t want to feel which makes them want to go far away from you!

Whatever the case, remember that how someone else reacts to you is not always about you - it’s about them. Sure if you’re being pushy, difficult or rude you can expect a certain type of response.

However if you’re being loving, kind and sweet and being met with resistance, anger, silence or dismissal - you might just be triggering someone’s stuff with your light.

What is happening is that someone who holds a high vibration and a lot of light or healing energy or a strong Divine presence will literally cause peoples issues to come bubbling up to the surface when they are around them. So this can make the other want to run when they feel the uncomfortable emotions they may spend most of their life running from or trying to avoid.

Does this mean you should stop shining?

Never! ✨✨✨🌟

There is nothing spiritual or empowering around shrinking and dimming your light to make others feel better.

Hold your own, shine bright and expand even brighter.

It’s actually very good practice for us sensitive types to develop a thicker skin and learn to take things less personally.

This is how this scenario becomes a win win for all when we are willing to consciously embrace all that life brings us.
