Here’s a little energy 101 lesson: we often deplete our life force energy through various habits, patterns + relationships.

For many reasons, fragments of our energy become scattered everywhere and it ends up making us less than whole.

It can be because of trauma, people pleasing, co-dependency or being in close proximity to people who are energy vampires that deplete you.

One of the simplest + most profound practices we can do is to literally call our energy back to ourselves.

It doesn’t have to be a fancy thing, just literally intend it in your mind and imagine calling back all of your energy that has been displaced.

Often when I do this I literally feel stronger, more clear and more together almost instantly. I will also usually get calls or texts from the people taking my energy as they sense that something has been taken away from them.

If you can’t see or feel it strongly it doesn’t mean it isn’t working, use the power of your imagination + emotion to feel it.

If you’re an empath or sensitive soul like me, you’ve probably been allowing your energy to scatter everywhere most of your life without realizing it.

Some of us are very giving souls and learned early on to give of ourselves in order to help, support or be close with others.

Calling your energy back to yourself is incredibly powerful and I suggest you do it daily or throughout the day as needed.

While you’re at it, send back all of the energy that you may have unconsciously taken or absorbed of others, because in truth we can’t heal other peoples stuff for them when we take it. When we return it to the source, we allow everyone the opportunity to process + heal their own stuff.

When you learn to run and manage your own energy effectively it will bring blessings to all you do. When you stop taking on the energy or others and hold your own it benefits everyone.

May you know you are perfect, whole and complete + learn to walk in peace + grace supported by the Earth + by the magnificent energy of Spirit that will fuel all that you do - without having to give away yourself in the process.
