Impact over Ease

Why can’t it be easy?

Well it can in many ways.

We can learn to flow with life in a way that brings ease, peace + a feeling of being supported.

Also, we didn’t necessarily come here to have easy lives.

Our souls knew what we signed up for prior to coming here.

Earth is a school with many difficult lessons + also the potential for awesome growth.

We knew what we were walking into when we decided or were assigned another shot at life on Earth.

There is much suffering on this planet + also so much love.

Each day we are given the opportunity to make choices.

We can choose to show up with Love each day no matter what.

This simple choice has a ripple effect that scatters blessings all around.

It doesn’t mean we don’t get angry or upset either, sometimes a choice for Love means taking a stand or allowing our full expression.

It means we make a promise to ourselves to slow down, breathe + not contribute to the dense field of fear, aggression + unconsciousness that so many humans live in.

If you descend down there yourself at times it’s ok, you can always pull yourself back up.

Earth life isn’t easy. We came here to heal many generations of trauma + injustice that literally live inside of our cells + our bones.

We may have to face ongoing persecution, judgement or attack just because our light or our gifts trigger others.

We may not always get what we want + wonder why others seem to always get ahead while we don’t.

Yet, we are still here. And this is divine.

Your being, your soul, your purpose matters + it is no accident.

We are all needed here now.

All hands and hearts on deck to bring healing + regeneration to this Earth + all life.

Every time you overcome a negative pattern or stop yourself from acting or speaking harshly is a victory.

Celebrate your growth + give thanks each day for life no matter how tough it gets.

This is simple potent medicine for all of us.
